Welcome to July’s edition of your AspectDSC User Notification. In this issue you’ll learn about our customized AspectDSC templates to make personalizing your display even easier, and also Java applet updates which will enhance your user experience.

AspectDSC Templates
The AspectDSC portal is fully customizable for each individual user, with a multitude of display and content options available to allow you to view just the information that’s important to you.
To make things easier we have a range of pre-defined templates you can choose from to use as a starting point for your own account. The DSC support team can add a new layout to your account or help to create a bespoke layout to suit you. These templates can be applied instantly with no disruption to your service.
Panels can be selected and filtered based on functionality required and also on relevant content. For example, the image below shows a “prices” focused screen.
This template includes real-time futures prices, foreign exchange, and Time and Sales for market volumes and liquidity.
The example below shows a broader market overview, including prices, news and charts for further data analysis
The content available within each of the panels can also be filtered for specific instruments, markets and geographical regions etc. Content specific to metals traders, bunker traders, customers in Asia or agricultural professionals can all be created.

Applet Updates
We’ve recently made some technical updates to our applets to improve usability and speed. Your Futures panels, Price Tables, Time and Sales and Advanced Charting panels will all now load faster in your display.
The improvements also mean that you can now add more panels, including charts and ticking prices without affecting the overall performance of the system.
