This package provides the services of an experienced Aspect consultant to work onsite with the client for a pre-agreed period of time and with clearly defined deliverables. The packaged services include:
Business Systems Study & Analysis Phase
This phase consists of a study of the business systems landscape and analysis of integration requirements in collaboration with business users.
Integration Strategy Definition Phase
In this phase, our consultant identifies whether the integration with individual systems can be achieved by way of AspectCTRM’s own integration capabilities, or whether bespoke interfaces are required. All available options are analyzed and a recommendation based on best practices is provided for each business system interface. The integration strategy to create enterprise architecture is documented.
This is an optional activity. If our client decides to go ahead with the integration using the integration strategy defined in the report, Aspect consultant(s) provide further services to manage the integration and related business change to ensure the final delivery of the integrated enterprise architecture.
The length of time required to carry out this assignment will depend on the numbers, size, complexity and documentation standard of the peripheral systems that need to be integrated with AspectCTRM.
