To take full advantage of AspectCTRM functionality and to ensure optimal usage of our system without the risk of business/system disruptions, Aspect offers a package of services. Aspect consultants work on-site with the business closely to analyze the client business and identify the areas in which available AspectCTRM functionality can be deployed for greater business benefits. Consultants can also help to set up proper business processes and if needed, simplify the way the system is used to get more value out of it. The Aspect System Health Check allows you to do this.

Packaged Service

This package offers the services of trained consultant(s) for:

  • Understanding and analyzing the client business.
  • Identifying the AspectCTRM functionality that can further help business in achieving enhanced benefits and achieving optimum level of system usage.
  • System health check and user training.

Details of Service

This package provides the services of an experienced Aspect consultant to work onsite with our client for a pre-agreed period of time and with clearly defined deliverables. Any one of the following services can be offered individually or as one package:

Business Analysis

This phase consists of understanding and analyzing the client business, identifying the business areas where AspectCTRM is not being used optimally including the identification of causes of such usage.

AspectCTRM Functionality and Business Need Alignment

In this phase, Aspect consultant(s) will identify the AspectCTRM functionality that can be deployed to the business areas identified in the Business Analysis phase. The endeavour is to offer ways to take optimal advantage of the AspectCTRM functionality for enhanced business benefits and achieve improved ROI.

Aspect System Health Check and Training

In this phase, Aspect consultants will assess the health of your system environment and identify any security, performance and configuration problems before they can impact your critical operations. The consultant will also implement functionality that exists and can provide business benefits in the identified business areas with minimal risk of business / system disruptions. Identified business users will also be trained on new functionality to achieve identified business goals.

Timeframe

The length of time required to carry out the assignment and the cost will depend on the size and complexity of the organization, business process and the extent to which AspectCTRM system is already used by business.
