Aspect releases new major versions of AspectCTRM on a periodic basis. However, some clients are unable to use or take full advantage of the new functionality offered due to lack of internal resources to manage changes and set up business processes.
To take advantage of powerful new functionality and make the required business changes without the risk of business / system disruptions, Aspect offers a package of services. Aspect consultants will work on-site with your business to manage the changes required without the risk of disruptions so you and your team can adopt and leverage the full suite of AspectCTRM modules with confidence.
This package offers the services of trained consultants for:
- New functionality verification and acceptance testing on behalf of -- and in collaboration with business users.
- Business change management and user training.
Details of Service
This package provides the services of an experienced Aspect consultant to work onsite with our client for a pre-agreed period of time and with clearly defined deliverables. This packaged services includes:
Acceptance Test Planning and Test Case Documentation
This phase consists of drawing up of an acceptance test plan, test case documentation in collaboration with users, preparation of test environment and test data. For each of the activities, pre-agreed documents / reports are delivered.
Acceptance Testing and System Verification
In this phase, actual acceptance testing is carried out, test results are documented and problems identified are reported for fixing and managed. For all the activities listed, clear documentation and periodic reports are provided. This testing will also ensure there will be either no changes to existing numbers or the changes are known and documented clearly.
Business Change Documentation and User Training
During this phase, Aspect consultant(s) will analyze and document any changes required to the business processes and provide best practices based recommendations. This will also include identification of impact of new system releases on the existing processes, interfacing systems and changes required to these systems.
Users will be provided with hands-on training on the use of new business functions to ensure business is able to take full advantage of new functionality. In short, business will be ready to use the new version of the system and derive additional business benefits from the new product functionality.
The length of time required to carry out the assignment will depend on the numbers, size, complexity of the release to be verified and implemented.
